    【背景】大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌是肉鸡养殖中的主要致病菌,可造成巨大的经济损失,其耐药情况不容忽视。【目的】从病死鸡体内分离致病性大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌并对其进行鉴定,分析其耐药特性。【方法】常规方法分离纯化目标菌株,结合生化试验、16S rDNA基因序列分析、生长曲线验证进行鉴定,采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,分析其耐药率及多重耐药性。【结果】共分离得到10株大肠埃希氏菌和10株沙门氏菌(包括4株肠道亚种、1株亚利桑那亚种和5株邦戈尔沙门氏菌种);大肠埃希氏菌仅对碳青霉烯类药物敏感,对其他类药物耐药性较强;沙门氏菌对碳青霉烯类药物敏感,对其他类药物则呈现不同程度的耐药性;所有分离菌均为多重耐药菌。【结论】分离得到了病原菌并确定了其耐药特性,为白羽鸡养殖中大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的防治提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    [Background] E. coli and Salmonella are the main pathogens in broiler breeding, which can cause huge economic losses, and their antibiotic resistance shouldn"t be ignored. [Objective]The pathogens were isolated and identified from dead chickens, and their antibiotic resistance characteristics were analyzed. [Methods] The target strains were isolated and purified by conventional method. Biochemical tests, 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis and growth curve verification were used for identification. The drug susceptibility test was carried out by disk diffusion method, and the drug resistance rate and multiple drug resistance were analyzed. [Results] A total of 10 strains of E. coli and 10 strains of Salmonella were isolated, including 4 enteric subspecies, 1 Arizona subspecies and 5 Salmonella Bongor. E. coli isolates were only sensitive to carbapenems and resistant to other antibiotics. While Salmonella isolates were sensitive to carbapenems and showed different degree of resistance to other antibiotics. All the isolates were multi-drug resistant. [Conclusion]The pathogens were isolated and their antibiotic resistance were determined, which provided reference for the prevention and cure of E. coli and salmonella in white feather broiler breeding.
