    从浙江某污水处理厂的活性污泥中分离得到1株可降解乙酸丁酯的菌株,经生理生化和16S rRNA鉴定为莫德斯托斯不动杆菌(Acinetobacter modestus),对其命名为HYY-1。用菌株对乙酸丁酯进行降解特性研究,结果表明,菌株在碱性(pH=8-10)条件下对乙酸丁酯有较高的降解效果。在乙酸丁酯浓度为264.75mg/L-1059mg/L时,降解率较高,在120h内对最高浓度乙酸丁酯的降解率可达100%。菌株的初始接种浓度对降解效率影响不大,120h内不同接种浓度下的降解效率均能达到100%。另外从降解产物方面推测了菌株降解乙酸丁酯的途径,研究发现菌株的降解产物为CO2、细菌生物量、正丁醇和乙酸,且在不同初始乙酸丁酯浓度下,降解产物比例有所不同。

    Abstract:

    A strain that can degrade butyl acetate was isolated from the activated sludge of a sewage treatment plant in Zhejiang Province. It was identified as Acinetobacter modestus by physiology, biochemistry and 16S rRNA, and it was named HYY- 1. The degradation characteristics of butyl acetate were studied with the strains, and the results showed that the strains had a higher degradation effect on butyl acetate under alkaline (pH=8-10) conditions. When the concentration of butyl acetate is 264.75mg/L-1059mg/L, the degradation rate is higher, and the degradation rate of the highest concentration of butyl acetate can reach 100% within 120h. The initial inoculation concentration of the strain has little effect on the degradation efficiency, and the degradation efficiency of different inoculation concentrations can reach 100% within 120h. In addition, the ways of degrading butyl acetate by the strain were speculated from the aspect of degradation products. The study found that the degradation products of the strain were CO2, bacterial biomass, n-butanol and acetic acid, and the proportions of the degradation products were different under different initial butyl acetate concentrations.
