According to the specialty aim of local normal university and the microbiology experiment teaching under the new curriculum reform of middle school, the microbiology experiment teaching in local normal university has been reformed considering the occupation ability training. In order to train the practical ability of students and develop students’ creative thinking, a set of innovation teaching system on microbiology experiment course to suit the biological science undergraduate in local normal university was to be established from the reform of the experimental content, teaching method, assessment system, students’ graduation thesis, and so on.
