| 从湖南省不同生态环境中采集土壤样品45份，采用土壤平板法和稀释法，从中分离出94个暗色丝孢菌菌株，经鉴定分属19属，31种。其中，湖南卷旋孢Cirrenalia hunanensis和椭圆弯孢Curvularia elliptica为新种。主模式及其他所有研究过的标本（干制培养物）与活菌种保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室（HSAUP）；等模式标本（干制培养物）存放在中国科学院真菌标本馆（HMAS）。 |

| A total of 94 isolates of dematiaceous hyphomycetes belonging to 31 species in 19 genera were obtained and identified from 45 soil samples collected from different ecosystems in Hunan Province, China. Among them, Cirrenalia hunanensis and Curvularia elliptica are new species. Holotypes and all other specimens (dried cultures) as well as living cultures studied are deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University: Plant Pathology (HSAUP). Isotypes (dried cultures) are kept in HMAS. |
