| The First Congress of the Scientific Council of SMLL was held in Beijing on 27-29 November 1985. All members of the Scientific Councl of SMLL attended the Congress except Prof. T. Ahti, Prof. R. P. Korf, and Prof. Zhu Cheng. On behalf of the Institute of Microbiology, Academia Sinica, Prof. Song Da-kang, Director of the Institute, delivered a welcoming speech and issued the letters of appointment to all the members of the Scientific Council present. Also present at the meeting was Ms.Yang Ju-ju, Head of the Planning Office of the same Institute. |
