| 以l6个不同来源的茯苓菌株为试验材料，分别进行了菌丝生长初筛、复筛、高产性能筛选、遗传稳定性分析等一系列优良菌株筛选试验，获得4个长势强、产量高、商品性好、遗传稳定、适合贵州人工栽培的优良菌株；并在此基础上初步建立优良茯苓菌株筛选模型。 |

| Four excellent isolates of Wolfiporia cocos with strong growth vitality, highly yielding ability, hereditary stability, good marketability and suitability for artificial cultivation in Guizhou were screened among 16 isolates from different sources. A screening model for excellent Wolfiporia cocos isolates was established. |
