| The molecular karyotypes of strain NJ7 and NJS of Debaryomyces hansenii were obscened byusing pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) which employs contour-clamped homogeneous electric field (CHEF).Both strains were with & chromosomal DNAs.
